Another cool day for running. I just wore a t-shirt and running shorts.

Wind: NW at 2 mph

I started out kind of sluggish in the first part, but then in the middle I felt pretty good and put on a pick-up for the last mile. I ran 6.2889 miles here is the course

I need to keep my head up instead looking at the ground. I thinks it make my back sore if I don’t look straight ahead. I need to remember head up arms down.
